About us

Dunn&Co are a residential letting and management service based in Norwich, England, founded in 2018 by local resident, Sarah Blyth.  Sarah has worked exclusively within the property industry for around eighteen years, having initially accummulated several years of experience at a local agency in Norwich, before furthering her career in London, where she headed up the lettings department of the East London, Wapping branch of Cluttons, a UK firm of property consultants with a global reach. During her time at Cluttons, Sarah gained her ARLA qualification and broadened her already extensive experience and knowledge of the market.  Having returned to Norwich and taken a career break to raise her son, Sarah decided that she wanted to start her own company, where, freed from corporate constraints, she could deliver the superior standards of service she felt her clients deserved.

“I decided to start my own agency after experiencing first hand some of the unethical and undifferentiated service provided by a lot of the larger agencies today - where unqualified or untrained staff, driven by corporate targets, work in soul destroying environments with absolutely no compassion for their clients' needs.

I'm now in a position where I can operate my own company from an ethical and authentic standpoint. I'm extremely driven and 'hands-on' with every aspect of the business, providing an affordable yet extremely professional, personal and adaptable service, always working in your best interests.

I believe society is evolving beyond the outdated, corporate ways of working and thinking. What people want is a personal, bespoke service, tailored to meet their indiviual needs, not to feel they are a target on a whiteboard in an office somewhere.  I firmly believe that the key to successful, stress-free, long-term letting is fostering positive and enduring relationships between landlords and tenants, reconciling their respective needs.
